Through community service and other means, ABF members help promote cultural diversity and understanding of Bengal throughout Atlanta metro area. ABF promotes connection among members through community events and by working themselves to address community needs.

New Executive Committee will be formed for a year. It is the responsibility of ABF members and executive committee members to make their best possible effort to attain ABF meetings.
Executive Committee is different from regular members and charged with responsibility for taking event related decisions for ABF and works with the ABF Executive Director by obeying By-Laws. President will report to Executive Director and get approval of any executive body decisions. No one in the executive committee can withdraw more than $1000 from ABF account without approval of Executive Director.
New treasurer will replace the previous treasurer in Bank account. Any transaction over $1000 must be reported to higher authority.
Every member has responsibility to bring new members and has the authority to accept
the membership fee on behalf of ABF at any point in time in the Financial Year (FY).
Every membership will have renewal fees due before a new committee is formed.
New Member fee should be collected one time in full. No refund will be made for membership.
New committee formation meeting will be only convened and approved by Executive Director.
President or Executive Director can dismiss a membership as a disciplinary measure.
Family is defined as Husband, Wife and immediate family. Extended family will be treated as non-member and charged non-member rate.
No members can promote or advertise for any other organizations in ABF events which disadvantages ABF and can be a member of any organization similar to ABF at the same time.
Executive Director registered as CEO with the State of Georgia corporation division.
Executive Director holds the highest-ranking position in the organization and responsible for making decisions to fulfill the mission and success of the organization. Executive committee will report to Executive Director. Executive Director supervises, oversees operations in ABF.
